Standard bank transfers are free. If you request expedited processing or specialised international transfers, third-party network fees may apply.
✦What happens if a session is cancelled?
If a student cancels within the allowed timeframe, you are protected by your customized cancellation policy. The platform fee applies only to realized earnings.
✦How is the 20% utilized?
It funds Stripe payment processing, our custom WebRTC video infrastructure, AI-powered summaries, and ongoing marketing to bring you more students.
✦Can I lower the 20% fee?
For our top-tier educators who log over 100 hours per month, we automatically drop the platform fee to 15% as a reward for dedication.
